The integration of music with technology as a pedagogical tool has proven to be a valuable strategy to improve listening skills in primary school students. This innovative approach has not only been effective in achieving the objectives of the project but has also generated greater interest and commitment on the part of students in the English language learning process. Some difficulties were identified, such as variability in the effectiveness of the musical strategy, individual difficulties in the accurate reproduction of sounds, and limitations in the understanding of certain terms and expressions. These aspects suggest the need to adapt/personalize resources and activities according to the specific characteristics and needs of students or groups to maximize benefits and minimize possible barriers. Results

It was observed that activities that integrated music and technology with visual resources had a significant impact on vocabulary learning in primary school students. The combination of visual and auditory stimuli facilitated vocabulary retention and comprehension compared to traditional teaching methods. The academic results indicate that music plays an important role in the development of English communicative skills in children. It was observed that students exposed to musical activities showed greater fluency and precision in their pronunciation, although not so much in the intonation of the language. The adaptation of subject topics and activities with songs in English had a positive effect on the groups' listening and written production. Students demonstrated improvement in written expression as well as in understanding grammatical structure and application of learned vocabulary in written contexts.

This research proposal invites us to reflect on the impact of technology and music on the educational process, as well as on the development of students' linguistic and digital skills and how these are evaluated and monitored. This implies considering both the evaluation of academic results and the linguistic performance of the students. On the one hand, music can make lessons more interesting and enjoyable and help with pronunciation and intonation, while technology can provide a dynamic approach, which can help keep students' attention for longer. In addition to providing multiple modalities of information presentation. It offers a variety of features that help identify and correct errors, as well as improve writing style and clarity. This can be especially beneficial for students who are learning the rules of the language. Grammarly uses natural language processing technology to analyze text and provide suggestions to improve it. When the user enters their text, the tool scans it and compares it to a series of grammar and style rules. It then highlights errors in the text and provides a detailed explanation for each correction suggestion which can be accepted or rejected. For example, teachers, students and parents could be interviewed to understand how they perceive music as a pedagogical strategy.  Quantitative data collection:  Simultaneously, surveys, standardized tests or other measurement instruments can be used to obtain numerical information on academic performance, school attendance or other quantifiable aspects of the educational phenomenon. Planning phase:  This stage includes clearly defining the research problem, formulating research questions, reviewing the literature, and developing the research design Data collection phase: The duration depends on the method and the sample size, it may involve interviews, surveys, observations and document analysis Data Analysis phase: This stage has to do with the statistical or qualitative analysis and the amount of data collected to answer the research questions or test the hypotheses.  Interpretation of results phase : At this stage, the implications of the findings are examined and their relevance in the context of the literature and the study's objective is discussed. Report preparation phase:  The duration depends on the complexity of the report and the clarity of the results. Finally, the project is presented and disseminated through publications.

In the context of research on technology in ELT, the mixed approach can be a powerful tool to better understand how technologies can improve language learning and how teachers can integrate them effectively into the classroom, in this case in relation to implementation of music in English classes, considering the following aspects: ➢ The selection of data collection instruments that are valid and reliable for the specific context of the study.  ➢ The careful analysis of data to identify convergences and divergences between different approaches. ➢ Contrast and verify data from different sources, increasing the reliability of the results.  ➢ The preparation of a final report that coherently integrates the results of the different methods.
