Data collection methods
Qualitative data collection: Interviews, focus groups, or observations can be used to collect data about participants' experiences, perceptions, and opinions in the educational context. For example, teachers, students and parents could be interviewed to understand how they perceive music as a pedagogical strategy.
Quantitative data collection: Simultaneously, surveys, standardized tests or other measurement instruments can be used to obtain numerical information on academic performance, school attendance or other quantifiable aspects of the educational phenomenon. For example, data could be collected on student grades before and after the implementation of music in the English subject.
