Conclusions
The integration of music with technology as a pedagogical tool has proven to be a valuable strategy to
improve listening skills in primary school students. This innovative
approach has not only been effective in achieving the objectives of the project
but has also generated greater interest and commitment on the part of students
in the English language learning process.
Some difficulties were identified,
such as variability in the effectiveness of the musical strategy, individual
difficulties in the accurate reproduction of sounds, and limitations in the
understanding of certain terms and expressions. These aspects suggest the need
to adapt/personalize resources and activities according to the specific
characteristics and needs of students or groups to maximize benefits and
minimize possible barriers.
Based on the information collected,
the project has the potential to make a significant contribution to the field
of teaching English as a foreign language, providing empirical evidence of its
effectiveness and limitations. It is hoped that this educational research will
inspire other researchers and teachers to explore new possibilities in this
area, integrating music as a motivating, playful, and effective element in the
learning process.
